Hi! I’m Suzanne. Welcome to Clutter Buddy.
I was raised by my Depression-era grandparents who saved everything! My mom was a level 4 hoarder. I understand deep attachments to things, for both practical and sentimental reasons. Years of decluttering experience have taught me that sometimes people just need a little motivation or a friend to make downsizing more bearable.
I have been helping people declutter and organize for the last 20 years. I’m a problem solver and can develop a system that will work for my clients so they can stay organized moving forward. The years I spent in the estate sale and liquidation industry helped me see the need for a decluttering service in the homes where our team would organize estate and moving sales. I have also learned to help clients navigate some of the tough conversations and decisions that come with decluttering family homes.
I have expertise in the resale market here in Northern Utah. I know how to price things to sell, and still get the best price for my clients. I have a network of reputable and established buyers and a great online seller reputation.
At Clutter Buddy we believe functionality and maintainability are key. I’ve spent a lot of time redoing spaces that were inspired by a pretty social media post but ended up being impractical day to day. I do my best to save my clients money by utilizing containers that are already in the space. We are frugal, but if clients are willing to spend money on storage bins, then by all means, let’s shop!
My kids are teenagers now, but I remember the long to-do lists and never having enough time to get it all done. We are here to help you declutter those lists and give you more time to enjoy with your family and friends. I’ll take care of the rest.
